Service Notes

Please understand that if you are fifteen minutes late for a session scheduled for one hour or more, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. 

If you are five minutes late for a thirty minute session, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

If you are thirty minutes or more for a session that is scheduled for two or more hours, you will be asked to reschedule.

Late policies do not apply to art workshops. Other workshops will specify if the late policy does not apply.
